The Hot Rodz Live – Ladies Night Friday, Oct. 23, 2026
October 23 @ 7:00 pm – 11:30 pm
Five dollars. Friday night. A live band that knows every song you actually want to sing.
That is The Hot Rodz at Mustang Lounge Bar on Friday, October 23, 2026 — Ladies Night.
This is the Edinburg four-piece that lives on classic rock, country, 80s pop, and whatever else gets a room yelling the chorus. Dan Gomez on guitar and vocals. Joe Hernandez on bass. Mark Salinas on keys. Jorge Peña on drums. Their own site says it straight: from Hound Dog to Black Dog, Prince to King George, Footloose to Margaritaville. Bee Gees. Boz Scaggs. The songs Winter Texans, locals, and everybody in between already know by heart.
They play the Valley circuit — resorts, galas, Fiesta Edinburg, University Draft House — and they play it like a party, not a museum set. Ladies Night plus a $5 ticket means the floor fills early and nobody has an excuse to stay home.
Do not treat five dollars like it will leave empty tables. It will not.
